Question 1

How accurate is the light visualizer?

Accepted Answer

It renders your actual home or business photo with a clean line of lights along the gutters and rooflines, so it's a realistic preview of the finished look. Your final install is measured and cut to your exact roofline.

Question 2

Do I need to supply the lights?

Accepted Answer

No. We supply commercial-grade bulbs and custom-cut wire, install them, service them all season, take them down and store them until next year.

Question 3

When should I book?

Accepted Answer

Early fall is ideal. We start installs in late October and the calendar fills through November.

Question 4

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on your roofline length, height and the style you choose. Send us your address or a photo and we'll give you a firm quote.

Question 5

Do you clean gutters too?

Accepted Answer

Yes — as an install-day add-on. Since our crew is already on a ladder at your gutter line, a clean-out costs far less than a separate visit: $99 for a one-story home or $149 for a two-story, plus $25 to flush the downspouts. Gutters are cleared before the lights go up and checked again at takedown.

Question 6

What is permanent lighting?

Accepted Answer

A low-profile LED track installed under your eaves that stays up year-round. It's nearly invisible by day and you control colors, scenes and schedules from your phone.

Question 7

Do you serve businesses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Storefronts, restaurants, offices and HOA entrances, typically installed after hours so we never interrupt your day.

Question 8

What areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Slidell, Hammond, Kenner, Mandeville, Covington, Metairie, the Northshore and Greater New Orleans.

Question 9

What happens if a bulb goes out?

Accepted Answer

Call or text us and we'll come fix it. In-season service is included with every seasonal install.
